By creating a TinySmile account and using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
TinySmile is designed for children ages 4–10. An adult (parent or legal guardian) must create the account, manage the child's profile, and supervise usage. By creating an account, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the app.
TinySmile provides an AI-powered companion that converses with your child, guides them through brushing sessions, tracks habits and progress, and collects digital rewards. The companion uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice.
The companion's responses are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dental professional for your child's oral health needs. The companion is programmed to direct children to a grown-up for any health concerns.
You agree not to: (a) use the app for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (c) reverse engineer or decompile the app, or (d) use the app to harm, harass, or exploit any person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Parent Dashboard PIN is your responsibility — choose a PIN that is not easily guessable.
All content provided by TinySmile — including companion characters, artwork, brushing scripts, and reward media — is owned by TinySmile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
TinySmile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinySmile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any dental health outcomes.
You may delete your account at any time through the Parent Dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data, including child profiles, conversations, brushing history, and collected rewards.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
